Shell made FID on Singapore SEPC expansion project

Shell to boost Pulau Bukom ethylene cracker by 20% On November 2012, Shell made the final investment decision (FID) for the debottlenecking of its petrochemical complex in Pulau Bukom, in Bukom Island, Singapore.
